Jason Kelly has been a sports columnist for the South Bend Tribune since 2003. A staff reporter for the Tribune since 1995, he is also the author of Mr. Notre Dame, a biography of legendary athletic director Edward "Moose" Krause. In his spare time, Kelly enjoys writing biographical blurbs about himself in the third-person.

Jeff Carroll joined the staff at Irish Sports Report in August of 2005 after spending nearly six years at The Times of Northwest Indiana, where he covered local sports and professional baseball. He covered every 2005 Notre Dame football game, home and road, except one - the Purdue game. But he had a good excuse. He was getting married that day.

Eric Hansen has been covering college sports since 1983, with his primary emphasis being Notre Dame football for the past eight years. The former ISR Managing Editor is the Irish football beat writer and assistant sports editor for the South Bend Tribune. He has won eight national writing awards from the Football Writers Association of America and is the author of two books -- "Notre Dame Stadium Stories" and "Notre Dame, Where Have You Gone?"
